Wat een geweldige ervaring. De kwaliteit van de heerlijke maaltijd is, zoals verwacht, uitzonderlijk. Maar ook de service en de vriendelijkheid van het personeel zijn buitengewoon. We hebben een menu gekozen dat zelfs lichtjes werd aangepast zodat onze kinderen er even veel van konden genieten. Eén absolute aanrader, niet te missen. Wat jammer dat deze in België niet meer bestaat.

參加半天的廚藝課程，一早先去逛菜市場，享受一下泰國庶民的生活氛圍，回到學校發食譜學習三菜一湯，方式是先看主廚做一道，我們再自己做一道，全部完成後頒發證書，還有圍裙，購物袋以及咖喱料理包可以帶走，最後是在樓下餐廳享用自己的成果，很值得參加的經驗，對英文聽力有一點了解就可以了。

Fuimos a cenar mi esposa y yo y salimos muy contentos de haber conocido un lugar tan emblemático y original en Bangkok, la cena estuvo deliciosa, comida real tailandesa, la atención de lujo, te orientan muy bien en lo que te conviene pedir. Precio calidad bien, solo que las porciones son muy pequeñas.
Sin duda lo recomendamos para los turistas que visiten Bangkok.

너무 맛있어요 방콕 다른 음식점들에서 같은 종류 음식들 많이 먹었지만 비싼걸 고려하더라도 여기가 훨씬 맛있었어요. 하얀코코넛똠양꿍? 메뉴이름이 뭔지 모르겠는데 똠양꿍 싫어하는데도 너무 맛있었어요.
직원들도 너무 친절하구 한국사람들이 요리 여럿이 나눠먹는걸 아는지 메뉴 하나를 시키더라도 꼭 나눠먹을 접시와 그릇을 준비해주더라구요.
그리고 아멕스카드로 결제하면 10프로 할인해줘요.

Went to Blue Elephant last night and had a great experience.
Staying at the Anantara Siam Bangkok closeby and the concierge called and made the reservation for us. Took the BTS train to Surasak (30baht) and the restaurant is right in front of the station.
Started off really well getting a drink (blue mai tai) compliments of the chef, then she sent over an appetizer as well!
We ordered the pad thai, lamb massaman and crab curry - all were amazing! My wifes fav was the crab curry and my favorite was the lamb. The food isn't too spicy but *very* flavorful and balanced.
The drinks were very well made too - we had the traditional thai liquor based drinks.
For dessert we had the "Rainy" menu special dessert. Great way to end such a wonderful dinner experience.

第一次來吃，雖然有覺得有道菜色口吻不太對，太鹹了，但這有可能因為個人口味問題，環境很舒服又維持很好，配色很別緻，覺得太雖然費用算是高的，但整體來說還是蠻不錯
特別要說服務的人員都還蠻親切的，尤其是Jacky，雖然不是很懂中文，但知道我們習慣中文，還會盡量去說明讓我們能理解，然後可以做互動，因為他這個午餐更加分！

J'ai effectué 7 jours de cuisine au Blue Elephant c'est magnifique le cadre est superbe les cours sont excellents. J'ai appris beaucoup je recommande c'est une très belle expérience et aussi l'ambiance est vraiment sympathique !!
Un petit conseil allez manger au Blue elephant c'est le meilleur restaurant Thai de Bangkok sans hésitation un régal une merveille la grande classe.

This was by far our favourite experience in our trip around Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand!
All the food was amazing (our favourite was the massaman lamb! Show stopper among many stars)
The atmosphere is nice and relaxed, yet elegant.
And the service was a gold star! From the moment we arrived and they lent my husband some pants (he had shorts) so he could adhere to the dress-code (instead of making us leave), to the incredible service from the customer experience host, that made us feel welcomed and celebrated all throughout our dinner.
We'll be definitely going back to the Blue Elephant when we go back to Thailand - or to any Blue Elephant around the world we can find!
Thank you Blue Elephant staff (chefs, waiters, hosts) for making our dinner so special!

الي ماقصر وعمل لي مفاجاة صغيرة بمناسبة احتفالنا بذكرى الزواج من غير لي تكلفه

The cooking class was a fantastic experience! The morning session started with a quick tour of a local market where you learn a bit about ingredients commonly used in Thai cuisine. During the cooking session itself, the chef gives a demonstration for each dish and a sample of the results to try, which was then followed by your own attempt at recreating the dish. There wasn’t much guidance when we cooked and it was quite fast-paced so I don’t think it would be suitable for complete novices, but it definitely wasn’t difficult to do. In the end you get to enjoy the dishes you cooked in their restaurant, or you can take them away. The results were absolutely delicious thanks to the quality ingredients and recipes. Would highly recommend if you’re looking to try cooking in Bangkok!

Super restaurant gastronomique thaïlandais à tester sur Bangkok.
L’ambiance est typique et chaleureuse et les menus « Chef’s Tasting » et « Heritage » sont à faire pour ceux qui souhaitent découvrir tous les mets thaïlandais.
Merci à Kookai et Amm pour leur gentillesse pendant tout le service. Les plats arrivent également très vite.

タイフードのコース料理を食べたくて来訪。いままで食べたタイカレーでいちばんおいしかったです。カクテルやワインの種類も多く、店の雰囲気もロマンチックでした。会計は１人2000バーツ程度でした。ウェイターも親切で、日本語を話せる方もいます。予約はネットからの場合埋まっていても、電話なら当日予約できることもあります。英会話に自信がなくても、人数・名前・希望時間を伝えるだけなので大丈夫です。

お料理は値段はしますが、雰囲気は良く日本人に合わせてマイルド安心して食べられるお店です。
女性には帰りにデンファレを頂きましたが
日本には持ち帰れずなので帰りのタクシーの運転手さんにプレゼントしました♪

We had such a memorable evening at Blue Elephant Sathorn. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt beautiful and welcoming, and the service was consistently warm and attentive. Everything tasted incredibly authentic and flavorful, and it was clear that the team pays careful attention to every detail—especially presentation.
Our favorites were the King Mackerel Kratong Thong (crispy, fragrant, and perfectly spicy), the Charcoal Pork Satay (tender with a delicious homemade peanut sauce and a great pickled vinegar balance), and the Grilled Spare Ribs (juicy and packed with flavor, especially with the sweet Royal Project honey and spicy Isaan chili dip).
Truly a great choice for a special occasion—highly recommended!👍🏻💕

泰式精緻美食。2大人菜色。第一次到餐廳看不懂泰文可以直接跟店員說要商業午餐套餐，每一天的菜色都不同。選商業午餐CP高又可完整體驗泰式料理，店員還會跟你互動聊天噢，如果有點水的話，店員會拿礦泉水瓶在你面前倒入杯中。另需提前訂位。

Staff was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. The class exceeded my expectations. I learned a lot. Love the apron and brochure they give you and printed recipes. I love markets and grocery stores. However the market they took us on the train to the market which I didn’t like and they took us to a shady run down metal warehouse it was filthy, floor was slippery, walls were black, rats running in daylight across the vendor stalls, huge cockroaches dead on the floor. I almost wanted to scream I really freaked out. They should take the class to a clean supermarket. I didn’t want to take off any stars cause the class is amazing and I highly recommend you take the class just skip the market trip.

Visited the restaurant for anniversary during our holidays trip to BKK.
They are very attentive to diners need with regular check. It’s a different taste of Thai cuisine with some fusion.
Went for the chef tasting menu… The courses were so good that we wipe clean the plates at the beginning resulted us feeling full at the last 2 course of mains.
Some dishes can be really spicy. Do heads up if you need the chef to alter some spice level.
However there’s still some hit and misses.
Love the duck confit. Very refreshing and appetizing! The chef dessert is all done well. Despite us being so full, the desserts have managed to clean our palate well.
The Jasmine green tea ice cream 🍦 yummy
Overall good and interesting experience.
I must do say that the plating are well done with all the blue elephant item!

Пафосное место, где бывали главы многих стран. Красивая подача, внимательное обслуживание. К гостям, празднующим день рождения, подходят с гитарой и играют Happy birthday. Ценник выше среднего, впрочем статус обязывает. В конце вечера всем женщинам подарили по веточке орхидеи, что было дополнительным бонусом к посещению.

A MUST visit place for folks visiting Bangkok. The best Thai food in town in an absolutely grand and beautiful setting.
We were celebrating by wife's 50th bday and it was an experience of a lifetime! First, the ambience, it is housed in an old property in the very center of town, but the furniture and fittings are all old world wood, giving the place a magnificent vibe.
The food, is indeed the best Thai food we have had at a restaurant, ever.
Pricing: it is pricy, but worth the high price if you're willing to spend on experiences. The dishes were all curated from 100 year old recipes and that showed in the taste and presentation. Will Bo go back again, after saving some money, to splurge on this old world experience:-)

Cooking lesson in Phuket - Absolutely brilliant, would fully recommend!
Started with a tour around the market with explanations of what to look for, what to buy, accompanied by a very in-depth knowledge of produce, pairings and flavours.
The lesson its self provided a great insight to Thai cooking, how to make everything from scratch and, more importantly, why. The chef for the class (Phoo) was a delight to be taught by, a great teaching manner along with a genuine passion for his craft.
Was the first time I’d taken a class and I’m very pleased I did. Will definitely be using the skills to try and recreate what I cooked today. Although, it will take some practice and patience to master. But all good things should!

ランチに伺い、2種類のコースの内、お安い方のコース(1680B++)をいただきました。メニューにはスターター、メイン、デザートそれぞれに数品が書かれていたので、てっきり選ぶのかと思ったら、それらすべてが少しづつサーブされ、いろいろな料理を楽しむことができました。
始めにおしぼりが出て来るのはうれしいですが、日本人的には改善要のクオリティでした。
また、いろいろな料理が小さな器で出てきて見た目は美しいですが、ちょっと食べにくかったです。小さなプレートでもあると食べやすいかもと思いました。

Stayed in Bangkok for 5 nights and booked Blue Elephant wayyy ahead of our trip because of its fame. We were looking forward to it very much and well.. that didn’t disappoint :)
We were well greeted by the welcoming staffs and nice renovation. There is a large choice of food on its menu and we were greedy… so we ended up choosing their tasting menu. There was a small issue that tasting menu includes lamb and my wife isn’t a fan of it. The manager was nice enough and helped us change just her lamb to chicken. Food was amazing and with each dish, we just wished there would be a bit more haha. But by the end of the menu, we were just so full we could barely eat dessert. Staffs were nice and would come chat with us from time to time, ensuring everything was up to standard. It was a very enjoyable date night overall!

We came here based on recommendations and the whole experience did not disappoint us at all! The service was top notch. From the moment we entered the place, till we left, the staff ensured we were very well taken care of.
The food was incredible! We have never tasted such high quality and unique Thai food before. There was a symphony of flavors from across cultures (Peranakan and Thai) and each dish was well prepared. The candlelit ambience was really cozy and the colonial setting just sets it apart from other places we have been to. We will highly recommend The Blue Elephant restaurant. Even though it might be on the higher end in terms of price point, it will be a very memorable experience that you won’t regret.
